Vitamin Tracker is a vitamin tracking app that helps you log the amounts of vitamins you get from foods and supplements.
You can view daily intake references for 13 vitamins based on your age and sex, and track your records throughout the day for vitamins A, C, D, E, K, and B vitamins. Your height and weight information is stored on your device; it does not change your vitamin reference values.
Key features:
• Log vitamin intake from food or supplements with the amount
• View daily records, total intake, and the amount remaining to reach the reference
• Review RDA or AI reference values for 13 vitamins
• View total records from the last 7 days and the last 30 days
• See food source examples for vitamins
• Create a personal reference view based on age and sex
• Choose a light, dark, or system theme
• Change your language preference from within the app
• Store your records, profile, theme, and language preferences only on your device
Vitamin references in the app are for informational purposes for healthy people. These values are not a diagnosis, treatment, or personalized supplement dosage recommendation. Conditions such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication use, absorption issues, kidney or liver conditions may change the appropriate intake amount. Consult a doctor or pharmacist for decisions about supplement use.
Log your vitamin intake, track your daily references and progress.
